As youth take the many difficult steps toward independence, our staff provides accountability and encouragement. SYM employs two full-time case managers. Since no one agency can meet the complex and varied needs of youth, SYM also actively networks with local youth services to ensure youth receive comprehensive support. We serve all ages in our outreach program, bringing food and much needed items to those in need in our neighborhood. We believe that when we support the whole community, the youth we serve are supported as well. Most of these meals are prepared by our amazing meal teams. Twice a month we order take-out for the Drop-in Center so young people can have a say in what they eat promoting dignity and overall wellbeing. It has always been a top priority to provide a space that is clean and comfortable in order to provide our guests with the dignity of an inviting and safe space to rest from the stresses of their daily lives. Our current furniture is a hodgepodge of things collected over the years.
